Spanish Blend Rice

White rice, durum semolina flour, corn flour, dried chiles, black bean powder, paprika, wheat protein isolate, chile powder, dehydrated egg whites, saffron powder, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, salt, cumin.

Combine 1 cup Spanish Rice & Orzo Blend, 1-1/3 cups water and pinch of salt in saucepan set over high heat. Bring to boil, immediately reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook until all liquid is absorbed, about 14 to 16 minutes. Remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve.
